Accessiblee is a company committed to the privacy of its users. By making privacy our top priority, it means that we take great care to avoid collecting, processing and/or storing personal data. Accessiblee's business model is not based on collecting or monetizing any personally identifiable information. We are also proud to be GDPR and CCPA compliant. What information does Accessiblee collect when you use the Accessiblee Services?

The Accessiblee Accessibility Tool is only relevant for users who visit websites that host our services. Accessiblee may collect limited personal information (contact information) from the website owner (Operator Personal Information) in the process of registering for our Services, such as purchasing an Accessibility Tool, requesting access to Accessiblee APIs, or making a payment. This information may identify a website owner as an individual or a company and may include first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Anonymous Information

Accessiblee collects data to monitor and ensure proper functioning. It is intended that this data does not contain personal information and is not linked to other web browsing information that may reveal personal information. This includes metrics such as how often the Accessibility Tool or its individual features are enabled on a website. When website owners customize the Accessibility Widget's color, language, size, position, icon type, etc. on behalf of their users, Accessiblee also stores that Accessibility Widget's UI preferences (Anonymous Information).

How We Collect Your Information

Accessiblee may collect Personal Information from website owners in the process of registering for its service.

Accessiblee collects billing and account information from website owners that involves credit card, charge card or other payment methods and shares this information with billing and payment processors. Accessiblee does not store credit card or debit card numbers after they are transmitted to our billing and debit processors.

How We Use Your Information

Accessiblee is a company based in Turkey and together with its subsidiaries provides the Accessibility Service. Advertising and Analytical Services

Accessiblee may use standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Chartbeat, etc. to better understand how website owners use our service and how we can improve our user experience. Accessiblee and its third-party partners and suppliers may use tracking technologies or web and mobile analytics (such as pixels, beacons, etc.) to provide you with targeted advertising, to personalize advertising based on your interests and browsing activities, and to deliver advertising tailored to your geographic location.
