Job Description:

This creative role involves designing modern and aesthetic interfaces that comply with accessibility standards, while prioritizing user experience.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design
Advanced proficiency in professional design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Axure
Ability to create information architectures and analysis reports
Attentive to accessibility factors, such as color blindness and screen reader compatibility
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Design interfaces that adhere to accessibility standards
Conduct user experience tests and analyses
Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe programs, and Sketch
General knowledge of graphic design standards
Provide the best user experience for individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs
Analyze user feedback to make continuous improvements
Follow modern and aesthetic design trends to produce highly usable, innovative, and minimalist designs
Develop UI designs with accessibility features such as dark mode and high contrast modes
Create component-based UI systems to make the design process scalable
Analyze user behavior and evaluate UX metrics to make data-driven decisions
Measure design effectiveness through user testing and A/B testing
Create designs that support and strengthen the company’s corporate identity
Develop interfaces that align with the brand identity, color palettes, typography, and visual design principles
Design UI components that maintain brand consistency for websites and mobile applications
Develop creative and original visual concepts that enhance brand value
